The ACT appeal response reached more than 100,000 vulnerable households in 14 districts affected by two powerful earthquakes in Nepal. ACT Alliance members distributed prepared food, food rations, emergency shelter, school supplies, clean drinking water, and sanitation and hygiene system.
PWRDF is funding relief efforts in Nigeria where Boko Haram has wreaked havoc and stolen lives, and where people’s livelihoods had been severely affected. To date, PWRDF has contributed $80,000 and is working with Christian Aid on this ongoing program.
